Andorra is closer than you think: 2 h 30 from Barcelona, 2 h 15 from Toulouse and 2 h from Lleida. The festival takes place at Hotel Sant Gothard in Erts (La Massana), 15 minutes from Andorra la Vella.
Via the C-16 (Eix del Llobregat) and the Cadí tunnel. From Andorra la Vella, take the CG-3 to La Massana and Erts (15 min).
Direct coaches from Barcelona-El Prat airport and Barcelona Sants to Andorra la Vella. From there, local bus or taxi to the hotel (15 min).
Via the A-61 and N-20 through Foix and Pas de la Casa. You cross Andorra from east to west to La Massana.
Direct coaches from Toulouse-Blagnac airport and Toulouse Matabiau station to Andorra la Vella.
Via the C-13 and N-260 through La Seu d'Urgell. The most direct way in from western Catalonia and Aragón.
Train or bus to La Seu d'Urgell, then local bus to Andorra la Vella (45 min).
Join the A-2 towards Lleida and continue on the N-260 via La Seu d'Urgell.
Easiest is to fly or take the train to Barcelona and catch the direct coach to Andorra there.
Dance halls, socials, gala, restaurant and rooms are all in the hotel itself. Once you arrive you don't need to move all weekend. The hotel has parking.
